How long will it take to get my order?

Our team works Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm PST to frame and fulfill all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. Most orders are shipped within 10 business days. For orders that include items measuring 40 x 60 inches or larger, our delivery lead time extends to a period of 4 to 5 weeks. We take the safety of your new artwork seriously by custom-creating and delivering it with extra care using a freight service. This service includes a "Room of Choice + Assembly," meaning your artwork will be expertly handled, transported in its original packaging, and then carefully unboxed in your designated room of choice. Orders with more than five pieces may apply to this level of service.

What is your return policy?

We are dedicated to providing our collectors with accurate descriptions and visuals of the artwork featured on our site. However, if you wish to return your unframed print*, original work or functional object please email us at hello@rouxarts.com and we will gladly offer store credit within 10 days of receipt.

A 20% restocking fee will apply. We will cover the cost of return shipping, but the artwork must be returned in its original condition.

*Please note that custom framed items, artworks sized 40 x 60 inches (framed) or over, and anything not in its original condition are not eligible for return.

If your works arrive damaged, please document all damage to packaging and artwork and ensure we are notified within 10 days of delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?

It depends on how far along your order is. Please contact us as soon as you know that you would like the shipping changed and we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to redirect orders some orders if changes are made more than 3 days after purchase.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes for liability and insurance reasons. Please provide your full daytime delivery address as well as a contact phone number to ensure smooth delivery.
